Unfit Parenting

People should be required to pass an intelligence and psychological exam before being allowed to have a kid. Imbeciles, psychos and bigots should not be allowed to reproduce. The apple never falls too far from the tree, as crazy breeds crazier and dumb-dumber. People on public assistance shouldn't be allowed to have sex without contraception, or written consent from every taxpayer, as we're the ones who are gonna support the kid its whole life. If these drains on society do conceive a child, and don't want to get abortion, they should be forced to put it up for adoption, then have their tubes tied. Rant over!
